The company board includes the Chief Executive of Better Choices, and a group of non-executive Directors who come from a variety of backgrounds including the local authorities of Manchester, Rochdale, Salford and Tameside, Manchester Solutions and the private sector, and advisers representing local learning providers and the voluntary sector.
We employ nearly 400 professional qualified staff to deliver the service. Our Personal Advisers come from a variety of professional guidance and support backgrounds, and are trained to give help to the full range of young people.
We also own InTrain our commercial training unit delivering specialist, accredited and non-accredited advice and guidance training for people who provide social care, education, information, advice and guidance services.
