Safer Recruitment policy

We accept our responsibilities in relation to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and have adopted a Safer Recruitment policy. We check applicants and all staff with List 99 and CRB (Criminal Records Bureau). We take up references and carry out both Professional and Personal interviews to ensure that staff are recruited who meet the person specification agreed necessary for that post.
